Upon purchasing a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. If you are unsatisfied with a course, contact us within 30 days of purchase at academy@flyhireacademy.com and we will review your refund request.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, trademarks, and platform materials are the property of FlyHire Academy or its instructors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use FlyHire Academy for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course. They are verifiable through our certificate verification tool and are intended to recognise your learning achievement.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyHire Academy provides courses for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, employment result, or salary increase from completing our courses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
